A Unique Approach…
A lot of organizations walk into the front door of a prospect client with a product to sell. It often does not matter what problems the company has, they seem to think that “their solution” will solve the company’s problems.
If we are going to live our values, we can’t do business like that (and we will not). Our approach is fairly straight forward:
We spend two days completing an initial assessment. First we complete the Strategic Readiness Assessment tm which measures the ability of the organization to execute change and performance initiatives.
Then we do one of two things:
- We provide you a list of the performance issues we have discovered and offer a proposed plan for correcting the problems.
- We provide you a list of the performance issues we have discovered and provide you a list of experts that we recommend to assist you in resolving the performance barriers.
